My name is Brian Bandas. I own a real estate development company in Nashville, TN called Anchor Acquisitions.
I live just outside of Nashville with my beautiful wife and 3 rambunctious sons, and I am grateful and excited to say that I am building and living what is my dream.
Less than 3 years ago, I had never developed a single property. I would drive past new construction developments WISHING that the projects were mine: that I had put the deals together, that my vision would be contributing to the look of my beautiful home city, that I could earn an incredible living and support my family doing something that seemed so cool, so fun, so exciting!
Now I have over 50 units in the development process!
I created Deal Architect as a way to teach people exactly what I did. That’s what Deal Architect is.
I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that those who follow the course and apply its principles and strategies with courage and consistency WILL enjoy seeing the results of successfully developing properties from the ground up.
It is a blast, and it is profitable!
The business I have built—and am still building—in real estate development, has completely change my life and my family’s lives. We are experiencing freedom and abundance that as a young husband and father, I dreamed about and prayed for.
